I had to bring my car in for a recall, oil change and state inspection. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. The staff was friendly, the waiting room comfortable. There was some confusion regarding the early check in but despite this, I ended up calling the service department a few times to get an idea of what was happening with my truck. I left VM’s with the service despite this, I ended up calling the service department a few times to get an idea of what was happening with my truck. I left VM’s with the service rep and eventually spoke with Mike, the service manager. I spoke with my service rep and made him aware of my disappointment in their poor communication.
