This Agency really treated me very well. They were very good in fixing my F-250 due to a problem with the gate when another agency in Lewisville told me that it had broken parts and that the They were very good in fixing my F-250 due to a problem with the gate when another agency in Lewisville told me that it had broken parts and that the diagnosis would be in a bone week. I would leave my truck there for a week. and after picking it up I would have to make an appointment to have the part put in, this seemed illogical to me, the person who assisted me simply took out his work book and said I am too busy for this... I decided to find another agency and found AutoNational Ford and It only took 3 hours to repair it. They really did their job. I just had some screws wrong and that was it. I got home. I told my husband. Now this will be our agency. We will change. Very good service. More
