This was the second time I have had my vehicle serviced at autoNation. Each time has been a pleasant experience. For this particular visit I had received a recall notice on my Ford escape and took it in to at autoNation. Each time has been a pleasant experience. For this particular visit I had received a recall notice on my Ford escape and took it in to be checked. I also requested an oil change. Both items were completed within 2 1/2 hours. The nice thing about this particular visit is I was able to ride the shuttle back home to continue working and then ride the shuttle back to the dealership to pick up my car. This Agency really treated me very well. I would leave my truck there for a week. and after picking it up I would have to make an appointment to have the part put in, this seemed illogical to me, the person who assisted me simply took out his work book and said I am too busy for this... I decided to find another agency and found AutoNational Ford and It only took 3 hours to repair it. They really did their job. I just had some screws wrong and that was it. I got home. I told my husband. Now this will be our agency. We will change. Very good service. More
