I had to have a new steering system put in my 2012 F-150. Took the dealership 12 days from when they received the truck to getting it fixed and returned. Not that great for a relatively simple fix. It seems ownership of this dealer is more concerned about selling any available car than stocking their loaners on the service side. They've done a major change in their business model by eliminating loaner cars - it's what is convenient for them, not the customer. More

The mechanics were helpful and professional, as well as the rest of the staff. Had tires replaced there, but my tire pressure light was still on.
