I acquired a maintenance plan at time of purchase and had great service in the beginning but service has gone down severely. I did not get my receipt nor did I get information on the service and was charged $79.00. I informed the cashier I had a service plan so he call Darla who informed him to tell me it was the last one on my plan. I was also missing two valve caps on my tires. Service is really poor lately. Will be going to Christian Brothers from now on. Robert More

It appears that Ford and Ford dealerships are not well prepared to service the Mach e. For example, my car recently “bricked’. The 12 volt battery was either not being charged or had bad cells. Calling the dealership yielded no advice about what might be wrong or how to get the car going; I was referred to Ford Customer Service. Even though they transferred me twice to more technical departments, no advice was given except “You will need to get your car towed.” The AAA driver who came to tow the car knew exactly what was wrong and what to do. The car was jumped and working in only a few minutes. He had encountered the same issue with several Teslas. I drive to Autonation Ford who tested rhe battery. However there were no replacement batteries at the dealer or anywhere else. The battery was back ordered. I finally figured out the Motorcraft part number and bought one of the few available replacement batteries available in Fort Worth. Autonation Ford fit me into their busy schedule, discovered how difficult it is to replace the battery, but persevered and completed the job in just a few hours. Again, Ford and it’s dealers need training, support and parts if the company hopes to compete in the EV market! More

He maintains a professional and friendly approach and always treats me fairly with straightforward, honest assessments. I strongly recommend Jose and the entire AutoNation Ford service department.
