I acquired a maintenance plan at time of purchase and had great service in the beginning but service has gone down severely. I no longer deal with service man Hunter due to his lack of professionalism and I great service in the beginning but service has gone down severely. I no longer deal with service man Hunter due to his lack of professionalism and I was dealing with Darla who failed to inform me on my service. I did not get my receipt nor did I get information on the service and was charged $79.00. I informed the cashier I had a service plan so he call Darla who informed him to tell me it was the last one on my plan. I was also missing two valve caps on my tires. Service is really poor lately. Will be going to Christian Brothers from now on. Robert More
