I drove 6 hours to buy a vehicle. I came in for an oil change. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged for windshield wiper fluid. The service Manager made a bad experience into a good one. They need to fine tune their service tech. Jeff Sanderson was the tech, would not return calls, stated he would get back to me on the status o one. They need to fine tune their service tech.
