I drove 6 hours to buy a vehicle. I have always hated dealing with car salesmen and the whole back and forth 'let me talk to my manager' ordeal and spending hours at a dealership just I have always hated dealing with car salesmen and the whole back and forth 'let me talk to my manager' ordeal and spending hours at a dealership just to leave frustrated and without a car. But my experience with AutoNation Ford Fort Worth was the complete opposite. Chris was AMAZING and the process was so fast and I ended up leaving with the vehicle of my dreams! If/when I need another vehicle I will be making that 6 hours drive again just to buy from them! More

I came in for an oil change. When I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged for windshield wiper fluid. I didn’t ask for fluid nor was I told I would be charged for some When I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged for windshield wiper fluid. I didn’t ask for fluid nor was I told I would be charged for something I didn’t request. I had recently filled my wiper fluid so it didn’t need any in the first place. I was charged for it for no reason but greed and poor customer service. More
