I just brought a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch. Only had it for 16 day and have had issues with the turn signal and windshield wipers not working. And now I have been told I can’t get a loaner car Only had it for 16 day and have had issues with the turn signal and windshield wipers not working. And now I have been told I can’t get a loaner car while the figure out what is wrong. So frustrating! Great service. I have an honest advisor which makes me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. It’s a big deal when dealing with dealerships, the stigma is I have an honest advisor which makes me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. It’s a big deal when dealing with dealerships, the stigma is up charge and overpriced suggestions, so it’s very comforting to have a service advisor I trust.
