It was my first time at this dealership - everyone was helpful explaining where to go and what to do. I rated 4 stars for the overall experience! They would have received 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Employees were nice and apologetic for the wait, and checked on me often. I did not receive an update on the status of my car or how much longer I’d be waiting until the service was finished and it was time for me to pay. More

I just brought a 2022 Ford Explorer King Ranch. Only had it for 16 day and have had issues with the turn signal and windshield wipers not working.
