Had a fairly decent experience. The guys were willing to work with me to get me a rate in my budget. Although my experience there was long everyone was real polite and respectful. What's the purpose of having a scheduled appointment? If the dealership is going to have your vehicle that long then a loaner vehicle should be provided. More
