The dealership has very a great customer team when it comes to personal communication, but for some reason it’s lacking on the service when it goes back for doing the service. The last time I brought my comes to personal communication, but for some reason it’s lacking on the service when it goes back for doing the service. The last time I brought my truck in I wanted a 22,500 service done on my truck and I got my truck back within less than 30 minutes and the cost was like $125 for the work and I basically got an oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection. At least that’s what my invoice says. Now with that being said a 22,500 service details a lot more than that for it’s service and I do believe that if it had been done they would have found that I had a tail light out, my windshield washer wasn’t working right, and one of my tires doesn’t hold air like it should because it has either a nail or a screw in it. So now did I get the 22,500 maintenance service that’s required or did I just get an oil change with the tire rotation and multi point inspection? I feel I got the last of the 2 choices. And I used my Ford Pass points and it took all of them away except 1 . (20,???) which was over 20,000 points and still costs me some money on top of that. So my question now is do I take my truck to a different dealership for service since I’m not 100% positive I got what I asked for? And I don’t feel like I did? I was truly let down by this last service along with the one before. Again it’s not the front service personnel I believe it’s in the back in the shop they are not doing a true job. More
