I ordered the Maverick Hybrid in 2022 and it was finally built in late June 2023 and I picked up last week. The vehicle is everything I expected it to be. The dealer ship was excellent. They prepared the vehicle for delivery quicky, including adding a spray in bed line, window tenting and front and rear dash cameras. Miguel and team provided a very detailed overview of the new vehicle features and made the delivery, trade-in process and financing very painless and quick. Jeff Ramos- service didn’t believe us when we arrived on a spare sensor triggering tire low on car. I’m not there bc I’m bored and have nothing to do. Waited almost 2 hours for a spare tire to plugged. Do better! This is the worst service I’ve received in long time & only & last car I buy from AutoNation. It hasn’t been a great experience overall.
