Everything was good the only thing is is checking my credit the next day why Dad run my credit five times because I have eight inquiries on my credit and you don't know you can find answer that's not go credit the next day why Dad run my credit five times because I have eight inquiries on my credit and you don't know you can find answer that's not good on a person's credit I got to wait 2 years for that to go away other than that everything else went pretty good but it would be good to pay attention to those things for your customers who are trying to build their credit More
Had a horrible experience at SouthWest Ford in Hudson Oaks, and honestly never thought I’d want anything to do any business with ford as a whole. I received a call from ford autonation a couple days later, now at first I was skeptical of anything ford, but soon after taking a chance it proved to be the right choice. Darryl heard about my previous horrible experience at the other ford dealership, and did everything in his power to change my mind. With the help of the rest of the dealership they were able to get me everything I needed, thus I’m now driving my first ever brand new vehicle, I’d just like to say thank you to those who helped me! Everyone was very kind, and it was a place I would most definitely do business again! More
Went in for Ford recall. Had to leave for a few days to check out and send pictures to Ford who said “no problem” so picked it up and wait until or if have a problem later. Jeffery Sanderson was the service writer and he was good about keeping me informed about situation. Talked with mechanic who worked on car but forgot his name. He was nice and gentlemanly and was sorry it took so long but if any problems bring car back. Thanks for returning car clean. More
