Customer Service worst compared to other Ford dealerships. We bought a car and brought it home in the evening. Next day, I had to go to work and found out the car was dirty inside, and passeger dealerships. We bought a car and brought it home in the evening. Husband brought back the car few days ago and requested a detailing and change of rim. He went back today but not detailed. A car should be handed over to new owner clean especially if newly bought. Initially upon entering the dealership, I was snubbed by one of the sales people. Then i had a gentlemen with a beard help direct me to my salesman. The gentlemen that helped me was good at his job and friendly. Overall I am glad I did not let one employee deter me from buying here. However please let your employees know, folks come from all walks of life. I could come in dressed down just to give you a check from my bank that day.
