Yes, I was literally the first person on the schedule for the day and it still took 3 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires and change my cabin air filter. Then when I went to leave, the tech obviously de the day and it still took 3 hrs to change my oil and rotate my tires and change my cabin air filter. Then when I went to leave, the tech obviously decided that it was to much trouble to raise the seat back of my passenger seat back to the upright position so I had to do it before I left. The customer service was ok, understand the fact that my service writer had only been there 4 days, but to listen to the way the other writers mainly the one on the end talk to customer's made me not want to do business there. He treated the customer rudely, believe his name was vic. Trying to charge me 250 to put the my truck into tpms learning mode to just attempt to see if it would wake up the sensors was a joke and kinda pissed me off being how it should have been done when the tires were rotated anyway but wasn't, and know all of a sudden when I left, I have another sendor not working. Overall my experience with the service department is very below average. More
I know the sales manager as Zeke, which is short for Ezekiel. This is the fifth car I have purchased from either him or now his sales staff. I am 62 and over the years I have purchased quite a few cars, Zeke has always made the buying experience Enjoyable and has always given me the Best buying experienced available at the time. His staff now reflect his attitude Which is a very good thing. It's always nice to have a new car but it's even better when you have no regrets over the buying experience. More
The experience was amazing, they answered every question I have truthfully and if they didn’t know something they found it out. The salesman didn't sell me the truck, I sold it to myself...although not too much of a problem, but he didn't have to act so annoyed every time I would talk to him. The finance manager that helped me myself...although not too much of a problem, but he didn't have to act so annoyed every time I would talk to him. The finance manager that helped me was a good guy, very helpful, but the salesman ruined it for me. Glad still got the truck though. More
