There is nothing you can say to me that will persuade me to ever come back to your dealership ever again for either work on my vehicle or to purchase a vehicle. Your dealership is like a three ring circus run by incompetent people who don’t know what they’re doing. This isn’t the first time that I have had problems at this dealership when it came to having work fine on my car. Two years ago I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in to have the engine replaced due to the coolant going into the engine. The car dealership had my car for almost a month and every time I would call to find out what was going on with the car I would get the run around with your staff, they could never tell me what was happening with the car. Never once did anyone from the dealership call me about my car I had to call them. Finally I got tired of getting the run around so my husband and I went to check on the car. My husband went to the back of the dealership to find out about my car and it was just sitting in the back of your dealership untouched for almost a month. I was so mad I told the dealership they could keep my car and that I would purchase another one, which I did. After I sold back my 2017 Escape back to the dealership y’all took my 2017 Escape the next day and put the new engine in it so that y’all could put it out on your used car lot and sell it by Monday. Do you realized how made I was because your people couldn’t get my car fixed for me but they could so that they could sell it to make money. Right then and there I should have learned my lesson about your dealership but I gave y’all another chance and then y’all dropped the ball when I started getting the run around with my daughter’s car and come to find out no one had even looked at her car either because I found out her car had been sitting in the back of your dealership untouched and unseen. That was the straw that broke the camels back I will do my business elsewhere at another Ford dealership but never again at yours.

After the December issue I spoke with Linda and was hopeful the horrible communication and long wait times would be corrected. At this time there is nothing that could be done that could win back my business. I did finally get my truck back but I had to show up and tell the service advisor I was there for a vehicle because after 3 weeks in the shop I needed a truck over the weekend. He showed me what was holding up giving my truck back - a $20 price difference that he had been waiting to hear back from the warranty company about all week. Yes, my truck had been ready for 3 days but I wasn't told I could pick it up because they couldn't work out a $20 discrepancy.
