AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

Dropped off my 2020 F250 King Ranch for a window issue that was an issue since purchasing in December and oil change (truck has 1700 miles on it) was told that may not be cover under warranty??? They did end up repairing it, but service tech acted like it was such a big deal to get a glass company there? This is a $ 90k truck and you cannot fix cosmetic issue More

Dropped off my Ford F-150 for a recall. Received a phone call a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. Got there signed the paperwork got the key and was gone. Professional service, but time consuming and very difficult to communicate with them. I was unable to get ahold of the service department over the phone to find out if my truck was close to being fin difficult to communicate with them.
