The shop in this dealership is the worst I’ve ever seen. If they say they’re waiting on parts or going to get you in for warranty service, basically waiting to get a call from them about anything, don’t exp If they say they’re waiting on parts or going to get you in for warranty service, basically waiting to get a call from them about anything, don’t expect to hear back from them. I had my oil changed at this dealership. My service advisor was great. The tech that rotated my tires didn’t adjust my tire pressure so my TPMs light came on.
