Arrived at open, was told 1hr wait for oil change, 4hrs later, my oil finally got changed .. an oil change! I had an appointment for 11 and showed up at 10:45. I waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to actually talk to me. I kept having service representatives tell me they would be with me shortly. I was frustrated because I was first in line and one of the reps went to a man first that was last in line behind me, and the customer even told him that. The rep said that’s okay I already have all your stuff ready and you’re good to go. That’s cool to have a buddy but you have to honor the line system. Also, I don’t like when reps try to sell me stuff. I’m a female and I know that we are taken advantage of when it comes to our cars. Fortunately, I know better because of my dad. Also, it took 3 hours for my vehicle to be finished, and they didn’t even wash the car. So overall I’m bummed from my experience. I know they elected super busy and probably low staffed. I get it, but it’s the little things I look at that make or break my expectations and experience. More

Second time at this service department in 3 months (same vehicle, under warranty, different repairs). First time was ridiculously frustrating with very poor communication and trouble getting a rental for a vehicle, under warranty, different repairs).
