To start I called to make an appointment to bring my 2019 F-150 in on a Monday morning for a warranty issue. I was told they could look at it that day and have me ready on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes F-150 in on a Monday morning for a warranty issue. I was told they could look at it that day and have me ready on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and goes and my truck is not ready and now they tell me they don't know when the parts will be in and can give me no idea when my truck would be ready. Saturday comes and my truck still is not ready but they find me a loaner car. So I drive to the dealership Saturday morning to get my loaner car and was told they still had no idea when the parts would be in. So I take the loaner car and leave and drive an hour home only to get a phone call 30 minutes later saying my truck is ready. so I spent almost 4 hours on the road back and forth to the dealership on Saturday. needless to say the communication was terrible.
