AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

I took my 2018 F150 in for service and was placed with Douglas. He went above and beyond to help me. The biggest problem I had was not with the service dept but with the warranty company I had and Douglas Douglas. He went above and beyond to help me. The biggest problem I had was not with the service dept but with the warranty company I had and Douglas diligently worked with them and kept me constantly in the loop. He called me numerous times to give me updates on what was happening with my truck. I've never had a service advisor do for me as much as Douglas did. He will definitely be the one I call upon should any more issues come up with my truck. More

Made an APPT via the FordPass App for my 20k mile service plan, I scheduled the service for a Saturday. I dropped off my F350 at 0900 on Saturday and by noon the service had been completed.
