No organization. Service was horrible on a recall item. I made an appointment for recall item. I left the vehicle for repair. 13 day later after numerous unreturned call I finally drove there and find my vehicle had been repaired. No communicatios with me. I needed a loaner vehicle and no one returned my call. After the complaint to Ford Hq. Linda Belota from HQ called me trying to undo the bad review with unkept promises. FED UP with ford More

Truck was in for warranty work for 10 days, no loner car. ..Just a Ghetto rental car. At the time of purchase I was told they had loner cars for service. Just not true at all. I can't say enough about the great experience I had at Autonation Ford in Burleson. My new Ford Transit Motorhome had a constant check engine light and an additional issue with the radiator fans running c Autonation Ford in Burleson. My new Ford Transit Motorhome had a constant check engine light and an additional issue with the radiator fans running constantly. It was a difficult issue to diagnose and fix, since Ford as we learned later had not properly grounded the computer that controlled the AWD system and fans. With the help of Phillip, the assigned mechanic, Mat the service advisor and Linda from Customer relations everything was repaired. I give Autonation Ford 5 Stars for this difficult fix and recommend anyone with a Ford product including a Ford based motorhome to use this dealer. Thank you Autonation Ford and a special thanks to Linda in Customer service. More
I got really bad service at this location I bought my F150 truck from this location I have been coming to this location for about three or four years I have one year left to pay off my vehicle this was t F150 truck from this location I have been coming to this location for about three or four years I have one year left to pay off my vehicle this was the worst time I just came for all change and they kept my vehicle all day I called them to find out if it was ready when I came they was very cold they gave me no receipt for the work they done on my vehicle they have gave me a receipt every other time the guy said he would text it to me it never happened this was the worst service I ever had from any business I’ve ever been to I would never go back to this location again super disappointed More
