Service center is not great. Recall and oil change. They did not look at my account to see if I had a maintenance agreement. They should have done more then change the oil. They should have change filters check tires rotated tires but they did none of that. I told them my tires need air but evidently they didn’t look at it so the tire pressure was still low. The service paper said I denied a 20,000 mile service when I did not because I wasn’t asked deny anything. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. My husband Has had issues when taking his truck in for maintenance. He says we will never use this dealership again. When you call and ask for a manager you’re always told he’s not there so you leave a message and he never calls you back. More
You REALLy don’t want my opinion on my latest visit. !!! An appointment at 9am for safety inspection and check to see why my windshield washer wasn’t spraying on driver side. Arrived at 8:45 and requested my car back and left there at 12:05 pm after only getting the inspection. Another man with appointment at 8:45am for oil change and tire rotation was still waiting when I left. A pretty young lady in shorts arrived with no appointment heard us talking and decided she better check to see how long the wait. They had already taken her pickup into the bay for the oil change. Now how do people with NO appointment get quicker service than ones with appointments. If you check your files you will see I have spent many dollars for services on my 2003 Mercury mountaineer. Not likely to happen again any way soon!! More
The dealership was very professional, they were able to get me the the day after I called, only took them a couple of days to preform the work, and very affordable. Came in for a battery issue. The service advisor checked my battery and said it needed to be replaced. Recommended a lifetime battery. Was installed very quickly with no issues. Well after the last review i wrote everything seemed to get better for a few days only because they wanted me to change my review and give them a good review! When they thought i did everything went right get better for a few days only because they wanted me to change my review and give them a good review! When they thought i did everything went right back to the way it was before! Constant lies and than to absolutely no communication on updates . Ignored texts and no call backs on left voicemails. And this is all after them having my truck for 3 weeks and it broke down the next day after they supposedly fixed it and now they have it again for going on three weeks again. Absolutely horrible service. My advice take your vehicle to another dealer and maybe you won’t get the run around and lies these folks dish out!! More
Received a coupon in the mail for 25% off service. Called and made an appointment a few days in advance. On actual appointment day dropped car off at 7:15 for a 9:40 appointment. Called a few times to check on my vehicle, but received no updates. Finally at 4pm the service advisor called and told me they had not even looked at my car and there was a 7 day lag for diagnostic services. The dealership expected me to leave my car for a week, which was unacceptable. I wish this would have been communicated when I made my appointment. I requested to bring the car back in 7 days for diagnostic work but that was NOT an option. Do not think I would ever go back to this dealership for anything. More
