Worst service department ever. Pull up and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come out. Finally Linda got us some help. Was told by Linda the last time I was there that they Pull up and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come out. Finally Linda got us some help. Was told by Linda the last time I was there that they are no longer taking appointments. This time they are taking appointments. Anyway it would be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. One service writer told us that he had a car in for 3 hours and they haven’t started it. I told them I can’t wait. They wanted me to drop if off on my way to work. They are not open when I go to work. Linda said she would call me on Monday and try to get me a loaner car. No call. I will probably not go back even though I have 1 “free” oil change left. More

This recent repair visit was just like all the repair and service visits we have had with this dealership for years. Take it in, get assured by the service advisor that they will do their very best to meet y service visits we have had with this dealership for years. Take it in, get assured by the service advisor that they will do their very best to meet your needs and in return if your lucky, your vehicle will get returned with the issue fixed and there will be something Else that didn’t get placed back correctly. Very sloppy, careless and unprofessional work from the technician/mechanic side. More

I made an appointment with the Call Center, told the young lady what service I needed, and she scheduled the appointment. I showed up at my appointment time and wasn't even acknowledged by the service young lady what service I needed, and she scheduled the appointment. I showed up at my appointment time and wasn't even acknowledged by the service team for 30 minutes. Then, when I told the guy why I was there, to figure out why my "check engine" light was on, he said they wouldn't even get a chance to look at my truck for a couple weeks. A couple weeks?! So, I made another appointment so I could bring my truck back and drop it off. Again, when I showed up for my appointment, no acknowledgement, so I just started walking in the many service reps doors until I found someone that would talk to me. Douglas is one of the most unfriendly service advisors I've met. He couldn't give me a date of when they would even look at my truck. My truck was there almost three weeks. I had to call to get updates on the progress of the repair. When I picked up my truck, Douglas said he would email my invoice....that was four days ago and I still don't have it. The service at this dealership is pathetic. I will not return. More
