AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

This is the 3rd time I come to this dealership with an appointment that I made on line, they check in there system and said that I don’t have an appointment or can’t find my appointment in there system. I showed then my appointment and they don’t seem to care whether I have one or not .I hate the fact that I go to the trouble of making an appointment to make my service easy and they don’t seem to care but that’s that and I do have proof that I have an email appointment on my phone ,not sure why this keeps happening.This last time I when in to get my 60,000 mile service done I ended up only getting oil change. Really bad for business and really bad customer service in my opinion. More

The service personnel are all excellent. I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the phone system they use. It’s very difficult to speak to a service advisor directly. Douglas was an excellent service advisor, especially at the intake point. I stopped by to say hello to the service manager Mr Holleman who is apparently no longer employed there.
