Kip was wonderful. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. Amazing service center! My Ford Focus, still under warranty, blew an engine. Another Ford dealer in ft. Worth where we bought it, told us it would be 3-4 months before the My Ford Focus, still under warranty, blew an engine. Another Ford dealer in ft. Worth where we bought it, told us it would be 3-4 months before they could get it fixed. They had no loaner cars. We had it taken to AutoNation Ford Burleson and Matt, had it diagnosed, repairs started within 10 days, got us a loaner car, and returned to us in two weeks! They kept us informed and updated. My husband is disabled and so many doctor appointments each week, our only car broken....total nightmare. Matt and AutoNation Ford went above and beyond to get us on the road again! Very customer and service oriented!! definitely a full measure of service! More
I have been to this dealership before but this time it just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there n just took too long. I came in for an oil change and it took 5 hours. I understand some places are suffering because of shortage of staff but there needs to be better communication. Tell the customer up front that it will be a long wait time. I came in @7 in the morning as soon as they opened even than it took that long. After I had been there 3 hours without an update I got up to ask for an update and never heard anything until an hour later I guess the guy remembered that I had asked, only then he went and said my truck was in the shop. That's all he said, he didn't explain at what stage it was in or if was going to be another 30 minutes or another 2 hours, all he said was it's in the shop. When the truck was done I received a call and went up and paid. He handed me the key and told me my truck was out in the parking lot somewhere, he told me to use the horn button on the key so I could find it. It was parked in the back and when I got there there was a bag over the seat and a paper on the floor mat which is used so the technician does not get the seat dirty but I expected that this would not be left in the truck. I just ended up with some trash in the cabin. Also I would like to add that other places offer a ride home if it is going to be a long wait time, this way the person does not have to wait that long. If I would of had a ride home I could of just came back when the truck was ready. More
