Well, obviously, the problem at this dealerships starts at the top. I called the dealership as requested to discuss the matter with the general manager, and after two days, since I left a message, I’ve not had any communication. This is the same issue I have been complaining about in my last two service visits where I have spent $4000 on repairs to my truck. very dissatisfied, but I understand why four of my friends no longer take their vehicles to this dealership for service, due to the same reasons, and will not buy from there.
