Well. What a change from the 1st encounter with AutoNation Ford in Burleson, Tx. The service was "outstanding". I am still reeling. I called in and was asked if I could bring it in that day. I said yes. It was an hour plus drive but it being cold and rainy at times I had no use for it. They took it in. They kept me updated almost daily via "text" mind you. They not only replace the whole mechanism, they changed the oil and gave my baby a bath. Thx AutoNation. You're pretty good ok. More

Awful experience. I was told to take by Autonation I had to take my Tundra to Autonation in Burleson. After keeping my truck for 2 weeks I was told they could not fi I was told to take by Autonation I had to take my Tundra to Autonation in Burleson. After keeping my truck for 2 weeks I was told they could not fix a Toyota and I had to take to the Toyota dealership down the street. My truck was a Toyota when I first took it there and it was a Toyota still after 2 weeks. I should have been told in the 1st couple days they couldnt fix it. Toyota had it fixed and back to me in 3 days and 1 of those days was a Sunday. I was also told after that my extended warranty could be used anywhere not just Autonation. My truck will go to Toyota from now on. More
