I chose to leave my vehicle for the service and was delighted to receive a text from the service advisor giving me a verbal report on the inspection result and reporting that the vehicle would be done shortly. In less than fifteen minutes I got another text that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the same service advisor handed me the keys and my copy of the work record. The truck was cleaned inside and out and I could not ask for a better customer experience! More
