Bought a 75k pickup in October 2024 and have attempted to get the radio (car play) fixed three times. Still not working. I guess the 3yr/ 36k warranty is not what it used to be. My thought is: fix the pro get the radio (car play) fixed three times. Still not working. I guess the 3yr/ 36k warranty is not what it used to be. My thought is: fix the problem or replace the part or replace the vehicle. Pretty simple. Thier game is stale. Say external vendor will come by and fix it ext…. Stay away from this dealer if service is important to you. Because theirs is TERRIBLE!!! More
I took my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. The representative told me it would probably be a couple of days, but they might be able to get to it that day. By Friday we still had not heard anything despite leaving messages for both the representative and the service manager, so we went to the dealership to check status. After waiting around for about 30 minutes, we were finally able to talk to the representative. He told us that it would now be the middle of the next week before they would be able to even look at it. When we finally got the report, we decided not to do the repairs. We will be buying a new car instead, but definitely not at this dealership and probably not even a Ford because of the poor service and lack of communication we received from the service department. More

The service provider Kip Moore is a friendly and knowledgeable person who makes sure that everything is expect nothing but the best service possible. The entire service department is bar none, from James to Matt to the technicians they're prompt, knowledgeable and easy to get a hold of. After a rough start, the General Manager reached out. I visited the dealership again and spoke with Ken Thomas, Service Manager. I explained what had previously transpired and he worked with his Team a I visited the dealership again and spoke with Ken Thomas, Service Manager. I explained what had previously transpired and he worked with his Team and set up a time for my truck to be picked up at my house and delivered after service was completed. The service was completed and Ken Thomas and Team turned me into a believer. I think AutoNation Ford is headed in the right direction based on the Leadership Team there. Thank you very much. More
I purchased A Ford Escape in Jan. of 2021 . I had trouble with driver door while still under warranty and took it to Auto Nation in Burleson . I was told they did not have loan cars o of 2021 . I rented a car in Burleson and called Ford Relations ask if this was normal . they called the dealer and told them they either give a loner or Ford would pay 45 dollars a day for 10 days for rental. I kept the rental for 10 days while my car was being fixed. The same thing happened to the other door a few weeks later and I rented a car for 7 days .then they gave me a loaner car. the service manager applied for me 17 days of 45 dollars and was told that my rental from Enterprise was not a ford so they would not pay me . I was never told that I should rent a Ford card . I was left holding the bag. this was a slap in the face for Ford owners . I paid cash for the car when I baught and I am very sorry , I will never buy another Ford , especially from Auto Nation. More
