AutoNation Ford Burleson - Service Center

I made an appointment yesterday to drop off my f150 this evening. I was told that I will be getting a call from an Andrew needless to say never received a call from him to confirm my appointment so I called evening. I was told that I will be getting a call from an Andrew needless to say never received a call from him to confirm my appointment so I called and left numerous messages and still no call so I show up to service and told that my appointment was for Wednesday morning told yes but I work early s wouldn’t be able to drop it off this is why I’m here to drop it off now had a pretty bad attitude said something about it being the end of month. Asked about a loaner a nope can’t that there a 3 month waiting list advised him that not true and I was always provided a loaner then said wow good for you. Then he finally asked me what was wrong with my truck told him ford pass is saying it’s the o2 sensors and converter this man had a pretty sad attitude. This is the first time I ever been treated in manner I will never ever go there again would rather go somewhere else with better treatment More

Recently had my 2023 Ford F150 serviced at the Autonation Ford in Burleson,Texas. Douglas Owens was my service rep and he kept me in the loop the whole way through, recommending based on mileage. Horrible communication with service advisor and service manager. Duck taped our ford explorer back together. Told us that was the very best that ford can do. Ford Explorer limited, has 85,000 miles on it and is falling apart, literally first the key pad, then the pillar covers, then the Active grill shutter assembly went out with no codes thrown, then the water pump, which is a timing chain pump - very expensive to fix. Wouldn't recommend this dealer or a ford explorer. More
