Brought my vehicle in for service, any time I would call for an update I would get voicemail and then a call back sometimes the next day. I had to go to the dealership for updates. I did get calls wanting for an update I would get voicemail and then a call back sometimes the next day. I had to go to the dealership for updates. Was not notified when the repairs were completed, came by the dealership and my service advisor was not there but was given an update by someone else. Came back the next day and my service adviser said he had to check if complete and then said it was and then completed the paperwork so I could have the vehicle back. More
