I would like to start off by saying that I had a bad experience working with South West Ford in Weatherford and because of that I decided I wanted to custom build a car online to cut out some of the com experience working with South West Ford in Weatherford and because of that I decided I wanted to custom build a car online to cut out some of the communication with dealerships. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with Kimberly at Auto Nation Ford in Burleson. She was amazing! I filled out a loan application online and she called me the very next morning to discuss my options. I told her about my experience and she went out of her way to ensure I had the best experience possible. She was transparent, patient, and helped me think through my options. I ended up purchasing an Explorer XLT off of their lot. The process was smooth and I never felt like I was being pushed into something I was not comfortable with.
