She had no interest after the sale to update status of vehicle for pickup, Several e-mails and phone calls were ignored, and every indirect phone call to the main line including one to the manager was ignored or abruptly sent to her voicemail. And I am still waiting for the paperwork packet to be sent, or at least advised how it will be sent. There is after all important papers in the folder I need. This was the third vehicle I have purchased from the Autonation franchise and assuredly will be the last. I am however completely satisfied with the vehicle purchased and all the terms and rates and coverages. Too bad.... MrBC More
