I dropped the truck off to have two tires installed and the truck aligned. They said it would ready later that afternoon. They called me at 5:30 and said they didn’t have the correct tires in stock and it the truck aligned. They said it would ready later that afternoon. They called me at 5:30 and said they didn’t have the correct tires in stock and it would done about noon the next day. 12:15 rolls around the next day and I haven’t heard from them so I call to check on it and the service advisor said they are mounting the tires now. He said he will call me when it’s ready. Finally about 3:30 he says they are done so I pick it up. The truck still pulls to the right so I called and left the service guy a message that it probably needs to be realigned again and he never calls me back. More
