Worst service department ever. Pull up and waited at least 5 minutes for someone to come out. Finally Linda got us some help. Was told by Linda the last time I was there that they are no longer taking appointments. This time they are taking appointments. Anyway it would be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. One service writer told us that he had a car in for 3 hours and they haven’t started it. I told them I can’t wait. They wanted me to drop if off on my way to work. They are not open when I go to work. Linda said she would call me on Monday and try to get me a loaner car. No call. I will probably not go back even though I have 1 “free” oil change left. More
