My sale rep was on point. Auto nation conducted the inspection in which I was told was approved but when I got home and check the lights that night...the driver side light wa Auto nation conducted the inspection in which I was told was approved but when I got home and check the lights that night...the driver side light was inoperable. I contacted my sale rep and he got me an appointment with Matthew(service dept) I came to dealership and waited for 4 hours for light replacement. Matthew said he ordered the part and he would fix it the next day...so I am still waiting on that day to come. So I said xxxx it because he never returned my 4 voice messages that I left so I PAID OUT OF POCKET of the repair in which should have gotten fix at dealership before the sale because a car can't pass inspection with a broken front light. After a rough start, the General Manager reached out. I visited the dealership again and spoke with Ken Thomas, Service Manager.
