I had to stop by every week for over a month to stay on them to find out when my vehicle was going to be repaired. Burleson Ford was extremely helpful whe my new Bronco had issues on a road trip over Thanksgiving. Trevor my salesman was SUPER. I have been using this dealership for years for my service. Service team is awesome. However, finance department when I bought my suv lowballs you on everything. You need to haggle hard with them. They do not follow up in a timely manner. I had to hound them for answers. 10 calls, emails and finally a trip back up there and I got an answer. They seemed remorsefull but a little better customer care would be worth it. I sure miss Mrs. Laura?? (think that was her name...she retired). I still would recommend them, but when you say you will follow up with a customer....Do what you say you are going to do! Truck I bought was in shop for about 30-35 days after I received it. After getting it back, leaking oil, have put in approximately 2 gallons and yes I have oil changed regularly. Exhaust is leaking oil fro received it. After getting it back, leaking oil, have put in approximately 2 gallons and yes I have oil changed regularly. Exhaust is leaking oil from where Ford of Burleson repaired it. None of the outlets work for usb plugs. Turbo indicator maxes out while driving. I have also had issues with heater. Put 3 gallons of antifreeze in it in the last 3 weeks. No leaks evident. If I could trade it in I would. Without a doubt. Replaced front brakes yesterday. Rear ones need replaced too. Throwing oil out exhaust onto my trailer and back of truck. Glad I bought the warranty because you all will get it back soon More
