Difficult to believe a dealership can stay in business with this low level of service. Ordered a new car; once it was delivered we only intended to drop in, sign a few papers, and take the keys. After a 3-hour ordeal of being consistently pushed to take extended warranties, we almost left without the car. This was old school "let me go talk to my manager". We talked with several individuals, all with a different tactic to sell us add-ons that we continued to decline. Insulting, obvious manipulation tactics; even the salesman we were working with said "I hate this part". Poorly managed. Poorly Serviced. We like Ford products but will never work with this dealership again. More
