I took it in for an oil change and ask them to check my brakes because they were squeaking. I waited a couple of hours which I do understand, however when they were finished they said the brakes squeakin brakes because they were squeaking. i have been using this dealership since 1995 when I bought my first Ford Thunderbird. There have been several changes since then in people and the vehicles.
