Every time we come here for service they mess something up. Last time I just needed an oil change and when I got home my Explorer was leaking oil. They are incompetent! Service managers I’ve dealt with are very professional. The 2 oil changes I’ve gotten have both been sloppy. I have never had oil staining my driveway after an oil change either. The first time I had to wash the undercarriage and pressure wash areas on my driveway. Not as bad this second time, but I shouldn’t have to clean up every time. More

I took it in for an oil change and ask them to check my brakes because they were squeaking. I waited a couple of hours which I do understand, however when they were finished they said the brakes squeakin brakes because they were squeaking. i have been using this dealership since 1995 when I bought my first Ford Thunderbird. There have been several changes since then in people and the vehicles. It took three(3) calls to the 800 numb bought my first Ford Thunderbird. There have been several changes since then in people and the vehicles. It took three(3) calls to the 800 number to get the service appointment confirmed. Once, that was completed, my actual visit at the dealership was excellent. My service advisor was Troy Crow. I will request Troy for my next vist. Very, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks Troy! I was told when setting the service up with the 800 number that because I was 10 miles out from the service area a pickup/delivery service would not be available? They did pick me up the last time, but, my husband was available, so I did not argue with them. More
