I would also like to point out that I was unable to use my Ford Visa card to pay for this repair. Visa did not know why that was the case, they were on the phone with a service writer and myself, and said the transaction wasn’t even showing up at Visa. This was being at the dealership multiple times over a 30 minute period and I had to use a debit card to pay for it therefore not getting my full Ford reward point value
