I do have low mileage but I live one mile from grocery stores, restaurants but for any type of restaurant it is five miles, five miles to largest shopping center in Florida and hair salons. I believe there is a problem with the car. I think it is called “a lemon law”. More
I schedule my appointment 3 weeks ahead. Brought my vehicle in per my 7am appointment. My appointment was a simple radio issue per service dept. I had not heard from service department by 4:30 so I cal vehicle in per my 7am appointment. My appointment was a simple radio issue per service dept. I had not heard from service department by 4:30 so I called to see if vehicle was ready for pickup. The service guy said he wasn't sure and needed to go find out what was up. He came back to call and said they had not looked at it yet. Why do they make appointments and not work on vehicle?? I picked my vehicle up and repairs have not been done. I wasted my day to get vehicle serviced and they didn't even call me to tell me what was going on. This is the worst Ford dealership I have ever been to. More

Complete incompetence! Took me 3wks to get an appointment as my windshield wipers wouldn't turn off. On appointment date, I was told they could 't get to my car and would have to leave it with t appointment as my windshield wipers wouldn't turn off. On appointment date, I was told they could 't get to my car and would have to leave it with them for several days. No loner, and if I wanted a rental it would be at my expense. I ended up fixing the problem with a $50 part, and 30 minutes of time. If they needed my car for multiple days to do this warranty repair, it shows how horrible this place is. Wouldn't trust them with my golf cart let a lone by truck. To top if off, the service rep's (Robin) attitude was just as bad as their ability to fix trucks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
My service manager Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, He knew right away what was wrong with my 2018 Ford Edge when I brought it in because the check engine light was staying on whenever the eng helpful, He knew right away what was wrong with my 2018 Ford Edge when I brought it in because the check engine light was staying on whenever the engine was running.
