Calls to arrange warranty service to address a dead battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new batter battery in my 2020 Edge ST resulted in a best appointment that was more than 3 weeks out. I then called the parts department to purchase a new battery that I would install myself. Justin answered the phone and once we discussed the issue, Justin worked with Andrew in Service to get my car in for service the same day. After checking the charging system and the battery, Andrew and the service tech had the battery replaced under warranty while I waited. My review would be 5 stars if the person answering the phone for the service center had helped as much as Justin and Andrew did. More
Since moving to Florida we have only purchased our vehicles from them. While salespersons have come and gone our service representative has remained constant. Excellent follow up. I was having an issue with engine light staying on, but every time I took it to the dealer it would go back off before getting there. Except one time. They thought it was giving a fal light staying on, but every time I took it to the dealer it would go back off before getting there. Except one time. They thought it was giving a false code so they reset it. Did it again . Dave the service manager had me bring it back after he ordered a new catalyst for the truck and it has ran great ever since. I really didn’t know it was running poorly until driving it with the replaced part. You can hear and feel the difference. Be patient when getting work done Covid has slowed everything and delayed availability on certain items. Simple items are now hard to get. Great job Auto Nation Bradenton and to everyone involved in getting my vehicle right. More
