Staff is very friendly and service when I’m there is good. Problem is when they tell you they will call you they never do. I’ve tried to get ahold of my rep for 2 days, left several messages and he has good. Problem is when they tell you they will call you they never do. Matt my new service adviser was great. He made sure I understood what needed to be done to keep my car running safely. Andrew was great updating us on status and explaining issues. Cost of repairs was fair. Dealership should make sure that service phone calls are answered even if no one is available to discuss status. Ca issues. Cost of repairs was fair. Had to make the appointment almost 1 month in advance because nothing was available. Made the appointment on the FordPass app, received an email confirmation and email reminder a week before the appointm because nothing was available. Made the appointment on the FordPass app, received an email confirmation and email reminder a week before the appointment. Yet when I show up at the dealership service department they tell me I didn't have an appointment. The service representative did get me in for an oil change however nothing else I had made the appointment for was taken care of this visit. Ended up costing me 1/2 day of work waiting for an oil change that should take 10 minutes. Disappointed I purchased the maintenance package now. More
A good dealer. I use them and trust them. Staffing issues & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. While is seems they are concerned with this and it’s seems not easy to solve…my only sugges & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. While is seems they are concerned with this and it’s seems not easy to solve…my only suggestion would be to replace the waiting area aquarium with a really nice snack vending machine. I’d be surprised if it didn’t bring in $1,000 or more per month as well as being appreciated by customers that are there for 2-3 hours. More
