I went for a oil change(full synthetic) on my F-150. I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. It’s a long time for a oil change especially when a had a appointements. Without asking anything the service adviser told me that I wait too long and didn’t charge me a penny for the work. Terrible experience again. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off early. Didn't hear anything all day, after 3 calls to inquire about status. Got a ride after work at 5:30, and they were shocked I was there to pick up my car. They hadn't even looked at it, and didn't bother to let me know. Will not go back. First time- had a problem with what I was told when appointment was scheduled and when I dropped off. Multiple people inconvenienced, and no resolution, and problem still not fixed. More
Appt made 1 week in advance for Tuesday morning at 7:30. Car was not looked at until Friday morning. At noon said go ahead with work, car not worked on until Saturday. Not enough help is not an excuse for over booking appointments!! Also, car door has same problem as recall. Car was recalled but numbers on the parts on the door do not match the recall even though the door has the recall problem so Autonation closed the recall on the car. Car first in Dec 2020. In 6 months later still refuse to fix the door or call ford. This time at the service visit they told me to call Ford. I did who referred me to the federal Vehicle Safety Complaint line. Filed report. VSC line then asked me to call the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint since Ford refused to help. All this over a $200 fix when I have been bringing my car there for years and just bought 4 new tires there in June and they told me that the door is definitely the same problem as the recall. Do have to say, the service rep Brandon was great with communication. If it weren't for him I'd probably be there yelling. As far as the sanitize question - my car had plastic, dirty papers and a dirty rag left in it. More
Andrew was nice. I’ve no complaint about the staff in the service department. It would be nice to not have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Brandon Silva fought hard to keep my business, I had contacted service several times for an estimate on doing the brakes on my vehicle and no one was at all responsive except for him. He is an extremely contacted service several times for an estimate on doing the brakes on my vehicle and no one was at all responsive except for him. He is an extremely good employee and is a definite asset to your team. While the rest of your service team failed he rose to the occasion and as long as I can continue to deal with him I will remain a customer. More
