Had my transmission serviced at auto nation. Stop running at a light they paid for a tow truck. They paid for a f250 rental so I wouldn't loose any of my business. Seeming complete abandonment by credible Ford Motor service employees here. Upon my confused unassisted entry into unmarked customer (?) Service center, I witness 3 apparent mail service attendants. Not a one even grants so much as eye contact. After long wait, I catch one's attention and process my service appointment, and am firmly assured that I will be completed within 1 1/2 hrs. After 1:20 hrs, I return to inquire how my Ford Edge is doing, an I am belatedly informed that my car is still 😑 sitting in your parking lot, and hasn't even made it inside yet. Due to my tight schedule, otherwise, I am force to reschedule for another morning, totally wasting time of the one I've just dedicated for service at this seeming indifferent Ford Dealership. More
