Inconsistent communication. Front end information not met. On site, had to tell them my car was ready. If you are looking to get an oil changed this may be the place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to ford on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Eac place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to ford on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Each time they had my vehicle over a month & still could not figure out the problem as it was “not showing any codes”. However the last two occasions when dropping off my vehicle it was not starting while there so they could clearly see there was a problem with the car. The most recent time I was told the tech was starting my car frequently which is ironic as I got two separate alerts that my car was in sleep mode for not being started for over 14 days. I picked up my vehicle this past week & was told “we don't know whats wrong”. Instead of using mechanical skills & diagnosing the problem they let a customer leave knowing the problem is still active & its a waiting game for it to reoccur. Tom in service was great through all of it so if your going for your easy oil change ask for him. Otherwise do not go here. More
While on the way driving from Ohio with my wife to our honeymoon destination on Anna Marie Island my speed sensor took a poo and lit up the christmas tree of related systems that now had errors. Eric and his team were over the top helpful and professional to ensure my baby was back on the road in time. I honestly was starting to stress that I was going to have to fly my wife back home alone, while staying extra days here waiting on my vehicle. I cannot stress enough how appreciated their compassion and care was. Now onto the WORK, my truck is running like new. I actually was self diagnosing an intermittent noise that turned out to be a bad hub they found and replaced. I was due for 60k service and had plans of scheduling that as soon as I got home. They knocked all of that out for me too!!! I now have my truck back in better shape than it was when I left and the peace of mind of knowing its gotten everything it needs!!! Thanks to everyone at Bradenton Ford, if I needed a new car, I'd 1000000% buy it here if I lived out here. More
I had a few issues with my 2022 Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. I called and was able to make the appointment within a week. I was offered a loaner as it was going to take up to 5 days to diagnose the vehi Hybrid. I called and was able to make the appointment within a week. I was offered a loaner as it was going to take up to 5 days to diagnose the vehicle. After talking to the service appointment lady, she suggested the drop off and pick up service that Ford now offers. It was wonderful. They picked up my car and dropped the loaner. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, there are some parts that are back ordered so they brought my car back and picked up the loaner. Once the parts are in we will do the swap again. When my vehicle was brought back it was SPOTLESS. inside and out. More
