I know what I was expecting, but I didn't know what I was going to experience. I didn't think I'd get a loner, and I did. I didn't think they would acknowledge any problem with my axle, and they did. They were polite and helpful, and I got my truck back in only 4 days, they told me it would take 5, a nice surprise. More
