I had a unique experience at Autoway. I met a sales guide, Dru, who was fantastic. We purchased a new Ford Explorer, but it had a unusual, very slight manufacturer flaw that was to be fixed. After we finalized our purchase, the body shop determined that the flaw could not be fixed. Our sales guide Dru worked tirelessly to try to find us another vehicle. In the end, we were unable to find the right car at Autoway, but I'm happy to say that the associates and managers at Autoway proved to be incredibly fair and honest. Because we ended up finding a car at another dealership, Autoway issued us a complete refund for our original purchase with no hassle. They even transported my trade-in directly to the other dealership! The folks at Autoway have incredible integrity, and I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next Ford at their location.
