I had moved here from Michigan and the dealer in Michigan was not able to fix the oil leaks for a month. I brought my vehicle to AutoNation Ford and they verified that I indeed did have an oil leak. I had to return and my vehicle was kept for two days, but the problem was fixed. I might add this was supposed to have been fixed by the dealer in Michigan, but was not. I was very pleased with the service I received and I might add that Jay did call me to keep me posted on the progress and about when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. She was right on the money with all the details. Like I said the experience was good and I will definitely return for any service needed on my vehicle to AutoNation Ford. More
