I had a unique experience at Autoway. I met a sales guide, Dru, who was fantastic. We purchased a new Ford Explorer, but it had a unusual, very slight manufacturer flaw that was to be fixed. In the end, we were unable to find the right car at Autoway, but I'm happy to say that the associates and managers at Autoway proved to be incredibly fair and honest. Because we ended up finding a car at another dealership, Autoway issued us a complete refund for our original purchase with no hassle.
