Purchased our Ford Edge about 4 years ago. As it was a used vehicle we also purchased an extended warranty. This was an excellent decision. And, as a woman, I greatly appreciated his courtesy and communication. At all all times he communicated in an honest and straight forward manner with never any condescending words or attitude. Great customer service. Went the distance, literally, to find the right car for me. My sales agent Mr. David Hannon located the car I wanted in the AutoNation system.
